If you live in a place where there are cars (most places) then an Airzound Air horn helps me out. It gets those drivers who like to pull out and get nice and close the fuck away from you.

this is what I take on a ride. note I like in the downtown Los Angeles area. I have my cycling gear. shoes shorts jersey. For tools I carry my multi tool tube patches cliff bar water crabby wallet and phone. my rides usually take me to the beach like Santa Monica or long Beach so I take a light cycling jacket. Idk I felt like sharing my experiences

Why are their legs in sync at the end?

I put my money in a small plastic bag along with a copy of my ID and any medical information folded up and placed in my saddle bag along with with my trye stuff etc. I even have room for chap-stick and gloves (rubber) a band-aid or two with cream. And trust me, the bag is small! P.S., I know this sounds weird, but I'm not a fan of red and black color combo. until now.... my Cervelo is red/white with some black. So my kits are red/black mostly.... I now I'm starting to like the colors because of you guys! I even bought your gear/kits! Keep up the great job and keep safe and PLEASE keep making these great videos for us!!!! Thanks!

I want that bidon badly. Please put it in the shop! :D

A whistle—a cyclist analogy to a car's horn. Saved me from more than a couple near misses with inattentive drivers.
-
I did use my phone and watched GCN the first time I needed to change a tire. Nice job guys!

Money under the hoods.

Lights, garmin..

Handgun. One thing I always carry, riding or running.

OnePlus 3 FTW

What about grass ? Then you don't need a mini pump, inner tubes, patches, ...
-
Patches, hah? They don't work. Better to have extra tubes.
-
Must Have... Protective eyewear like sunglasses on every ride regardless. don't risk the health of your eyes with flying road debris etc

A silver/gold rescue blanket when hedding out for a longer ride in the cold to keep you or a fellowrider from hypothermia whilst waiting for medical help after a crash in the middle of nowhere. You can also stuff it under your shirt to keep you warm when returning home after a spirited ride in case you 've run out of fuel.

Who goes anywhere without a phone?
