20 Minute Spin Class Workout (FAT BURNING INDOOR CYCLING!!)
bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
Best fat burning workouts can be found in our 90 day fitness program http://athleanx.com/x/best-fat-burn This 20 minute spin class workout is a great fat burning indoor cycling routine. This spin class workout includes intervals of high intensity spinning followed by periods of lower intensity indoor cycling. It’s a great idea to include indoor cycling class in your workout plan one to two days per week on days that you’re not lifting weights. This 20 minute spinning workout will get your heart rate pumping and help you burn fat and calories. You can do this indoor cycling workout at home if you’ve got a stationary or spinning bike, or it can be done in the gym. You’ll need to adjust the resistance on your spinning bike to make sure you’re working harder during the high intensity intervals, and let up on the resistance a little bit during the lower intensity periods. A 20 minute indoor cycling workout is the perfect amount of time to give your metabolism a boost to help burn fat. However too much cardio exercise can actually waste away at your muscle tone. Make sure to keep spinning workouts to a maximum of 2 per week. Some very good drills...but I see some things that concern me. You should NEVER lean on the handlebars when out of the saddle. Kind of the number 1 rule in cycling. Puts more pressure on the knees and takes it away from the quads and glutes where it should be. No cycling certification course I've ever completed advocates leaning on the bars when out of the saddle. Also, handlebars should be level with or lower than the seat for a better core workout.

Good Workout!

This is not a bad class. I wish there was a "fist pump" tap or something in between the thumbs up or thumbs down. My only recommendations would be to have the music louder and more impactful so that we could work to the BPM. Follow this with a shorter break and tell us what the next exercise is during the breaks, then we can get another set in.

I tried this workout for the first time today on my new stationary bike. It was awesome, but I found that the standing portion was awkward and jerky and I'm not sure if this is because of my beginner status/not doing it correctly or my bike. It didn't feel like standing up on a typical outdoor bike. Any advice?
