I saw a few T-REX up close last summer and it's quite an amazing machine but the big downside is its height, its way to low so if you happen to follow traffic the overall view becomes a nightmare and if you have the misfortune to rear-end a van you will have your head cut off! At 60K a pop folks will go see elsewhere and there's many other alternative out there!

it is an impressive vehicle. what about the Elio? no where near as fun but it is 3 wheels and cheap. Joe may have messaged you guys (Jay Leno's Garage) by now

Fun machine, but a few of them were at The Tail of The Dragon a few years back and the idiots behind the wheel left a bad impression on everyone - especially the bikers. One came up on me and lost it mid turn; inevitably, one went over the side and another ended up a tree. Lots of cheers as we watched them being towed away . . .

I prefer the Aero 3S version,I think works better for me personally.

geeze people. These weren't meant for everyone to own and drive one. I am glad they aren't affordable for the average Joe. That is what makes them worth owning. Keep dreaming or go buy a Slingshot call it a day. And these have been selling for over 20 years.

I saw a copy of this in China... $6000 brand new. it doesn't have the "roof" and the engine is smaller (200cc), but you could easily make it worthy with and extra $2-3000
