uncomfortable saddle and wrong frame -
I bought Liv SX 3 and it's THE BEST bike for fitness and city rides! Not sure why there are complaints about the saddle - it's absolutely comfortable (my average rides are 20+ miles, have never had any issues). Love this bike and highly recommend it!

That crappy saddle is specifically designed for female riders? Neither my wife nor my daughter consider it acceptable, even remotely usable, and they're both thin people. By the time we add the cost of a decent seat and a kickstand to the Alight 3, it's a lot less competitive with similar bikes. Considering the target audience, this is a serious flaw.

I have a Giant Roam 2W from 2011 which looks pretty similar to the Alight and I love it!

Bought a 2014 Escape to replace my 2004 GT Nomad. What a difference. Lighter, faster, very versitle gearing. Still very happy with it, but have had a couple of glitches. The stock tires wore through in under 1000 miles, with cord showing along the center line. When a nipple head broke we discovered a number of micro cracks on the rim at several spoke holes! The wheel is now back @ Giant under warrantee, hopefully to be replaced by something stronger.
