2015 Juiced Riders Electric Bikes Overview

In this video I do a quick rundown of the 2015 models from Juiced Riders. This company has been making electric bikes since 2012 and has focused primarily on cargo style ebikes with extra large battery packs for extended range. It's a company that is known for offering durable and high quality ebikes but the battery haven't always been removable and they have used front hub motors vs. rear which can spin out at times depending on conditions. With their 2015 models the company is adding some variety to the standard ODK model lineup by introducing an extra large and even more powerful cargo bike called the T500 "transit" with the NuVinci Harmony system which automatically shifts gears to maintain a set rider cadence. They are also introducing the C350 "compact" model which is slightly less powerful and also shorter than the standard U 500. They've added some foot pegs for passenger use, an optional 50 pound capacity front basket. The ebike that really stood out to me from Juiced Riders is their new city bike called the Crosscurrent (or Cross Current) that uses a more standard style frame vs. the cargo setup. It's a speed pedalec that's capable of reaching 28 mph and it uses a torque sensor to activate a 350 watt motor. It weighs under 50 pounds and has hydraulic disc brakes and the battery pack is removable. They are targeting MSRP under $3,000 for this new bike. Official website at http://www.juicedriders.com/

No foot pegs?

their chargers they sell are 3amp chargers with the bike. that's unacceptable. with a 22amp hour pack, that's not about a 1/7 of 1c . most packs can easily handle 1/2 the c rate for charging.
and with 22 amp hours. do you REALLY want to wait 7 hours+ for a full charge? it's absurd. there needs to be people working on the 1c rate fast chargers already. charging from a regular outlet it is theoretically and quite possibly doable to charge these packs to full in a SINGLE HOUR. -
Have you ever thought that maybe your reviews are the reason a lot of the electric bike manufacturers are now putting mounting points for water bottles on their bikes?
