2015 Pedego Electric Bikes Overview

In this video I tour the Pedego booth at Interbike 2014 and speak with the co-founder Don DiCostano about their updated features and new models. For 2015 they're offering a magnesium wheelset upgrade for improved strength, a low-step cruiser called the Boomerang, a new cargo bike, an updated Trail Tracker with 7 speeds and pedal assist, updated display panel that's thinner. Pedego has introduced fluorescent colors this past year and is now bringing colored rims to their bikes for even more style and visibility. Most traditional sized Pedego Cruisers have 16" wheels but for 2015 they are introducing 24" wheels for "Mini" versions and this includes the Interceptor and City Commuter. Pedego is also introducing a 20 speed mountain bike. All of their ebikes now also have a throttle override for pedal assist and the throttle works at zero as well. OMG!!! The new mountain bike is phenomenal! I can't wait for it to be reviewed so I can know if I should get it. I wanted to spend a bit less,...but it's looking to be worth the extra $$$. Please,...let me know when it comes out. It's, so far, PERFECT!

those rims are and look so practical, will save money at the bike shop and I have no use or want a cargo bike but that one looks very handy and it transforms in a lot of bikes lol one thing I noticed tho in a lot of your videos the bikes start at $3000 I feel like the price went up this year
