2015 Zero S - Test Ride Review
bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
My POV Test Ride of the 2015 Zero S. This 100% electric motorcycle is made by Zero Motorcycles out of California. http://www.zeromotorcycles.com/ I ride the bike, give my impressions and review, and give it a few accelerations. Thanks to Grand Canyon Cycles of Mesa for allowing me to test ride this bike. "Featuring Zero Motorcycles’ Z-Force® motor and power pack, the Zero S pulls hard to speeds above 90 mph and offers a city range of up to 185 miles with the optional Power Tank accessory." Filmed with the Drift Ghost HD 1080p 30fps, external mic.

Will this bike fry your balls when it rains?
-
So, basically you thought it wasn't going to be great and now having ridden it you like it :)
-
The plase where u drive is California?
-
Great to see your review on the Zero, I think they're awesome and a very exciting way-post to the future of bikes. I believe the adventure-sport models (DR?) have battery packs that may be swapped.

"When you smell the loud " lmao
-
"nah... we ain't about dat lyfe"
HAHAHAHAHA -
Should have said "let's give it some juice!"

I consider all electric bikes to be cruisers until their batteries improve maybe in 10 years.
With their quiet speeds and not having to clutch, they are damn perfect to enjoy cruising with. -
You'll never find me on an electric bike.. People have troubling noticing me on an FZ1 with a Yosh can on it.
-
whats the reason to ride a bike without the soundtrack of an engine? makes no sense at all. also very dangerous because other drivers cant hear you coming. keep it up.
-
It sounds like a Tron bike :)

I have a 42 mph electric scooter. No one makes fun of it, and I get the motorcycle wave. When I was a kid, a man would have gotten his ass kicked for riding any kind of scooter. This is a different world.

No good, police cant give tickets for your pipes being to loud. Wait I know they can change the law for being too quiet and call it the "creeping up law",Lol. Nice not having to pay for" gasolina " but better range is needed, I'm sure that will be overcome soon. Ride safe.

I have to commute 75 miles with a 4000 foot altitude gain on the way home. So will have to wait until battery tech improves.

Have you noticed how in American towns there are no pedestrians? What a weird place
-
Cool but I dont like that its so quite. They should make some kind of noise for the road
-
Now try a whelie with that thing, lol
-
Zero really dropped the ball on highway range. The drag coefficient on these are terribble.

Thanks for this video. When I watch your video I am very enthusiastic about the future(only as a biker). I love this silence. It's in opposition with what I thought few years ago when I bought my first motorcycle : "a gratifyng bike is a noisy bike", of course I was wrong.18 000€ (about 20 000$) for a 2015 S 12.5 in France, outch...
