my phantom elite 29er arrives tomm. !! how long did it take to put together?? ive got a bike stand and all the tools. but never had a bike with disc brakes. i was guessing 1.5-2 hours is that about right? what was the hardest part of putting it together???? nice vid also

I just ordered a FantomDS X4 yesterday from Bikes Direct. I'm also going from an older 26 to a 29er. Excited to see that you are impressed with it although I'm sure there will be a learning curve involved. I am leaving behind a what is essentially a 10 year old version of a Motobecane429 HT. It treated me very well but excited for some upgrades. Thanks
