Please take the mid session adds out! throws the timings of the workouts! hard to skip after 5 seconds when on the turbo trainer!

I enjoyed it, except for the fact that some of the commercials were running during the 30 second sprint, and I was using your counter, so I just kept going until you came back to finish. If there's a way to prevent that from happening, I would change the settings.

i tested my new home trainer with this movie. i asked myself if I'll vomit or passed out first.
i tried again with 30 minutes of warming, it's better for me.

Fuck ads in this video!!! they make this almost unusable because they happen at the most inopportune moments. I saw 5 30 seconds ads that were none skipable one that was 1 minute long!!!

The most important point about a video like this is does it work? I have to be honest I had my doubts I have exercised on and off for quite a few years but became very unhappy with my weight after being really fit when I was younger. I decided to give it a go.
First I have to say I really enjoyed it. Second I really went for it good and proper and the sweat was pouring off me. We got another bike and my wife joined in. The thing to find out what happens after a month? Well six weeks since using this workout four to five days a week I have lost 20lb and my wife has lost 16lb. A really good workout that truly works. thanks for putting on Youtube. -

I guess I'm going to add my two cents as well. I've been using this awesome session for about 6 months and it used to only have an ad at the beginning which was perfectly understandable, but now 3-4 sprinkled throughout and right in the middle of sprints? Are the December cpm rates really worth it? I think I'll try programming this into a timer app for future workouts.

This used to be a really good way of fitting in a session before work. It's now riddled with adverts, which when popping up in the middle of a 30 second effort are more than annoying. Appreciate you've got to make it pay for itself, but REALLY????
