I need help guys. How do you make your bike faster to where you don't have to keep constantly pedaling every 7 seconds. It hurts my legs badly and i hate it. I know there's got to be a simple fix/solution to this problem and if anybody can help i would gladly appreciate it. I'm not a BIKE EXPERT so yeah. I heard someone say not having your brake pads not touch the wheel was a solution but i'm sure about that. LOL. Please someone help me out. Thanks.

Hey, guys, does a fat set of wheels actually make a difference compared to a skinny set of wheels? Not in terms of climbing or flat roads but overall.

I use gear oil lol

Put SFK efficiency bearings in the will halve bearing losses
-
nice bike, those 28mm tyres make it look awful though.
-
All the tyre pressure advice is in PSI - am I the only one who has only ever seen track pumps calibrated in BARs?

I think the best way to make my bike go faster is to get someone else to ride it.

I was expecting to see lacing patterns and spoke tightness in the list. Both of these things can cost you more watts than several of the other items. Especially on the rear wheel.
