5. Dman I just wanted to ask how to get used to riding on hills? I dobt ride my bike often in facte barley but every time I ride my bike my feets and legs ach a lot and sometimes it can happen only just half way up the small hill. So how do I get used to this? Thanks Sam

8. Bike safety: Above all: RIDE PREDICTABLY! Doesn't matter if you are on a bike, car, truck or boat.
   Ride like no-one sees you, especially cars. Lot safer that way.
   Just because the light is green, don't assume everyone will stop for you. Always look at the traffic, regardless of lights. Remove your blinders.
   If you are doing decent speed and want to feel safer, take up the whole road. Cycle in the middle of the lane. This of course requires that you are riding close to the speed limit on that road.
   If you are turning, signal with your hand. Doesn't matter if it's on a car road or bike road.

11. I just learnt how to ride a bike and am loving it. Sometimes I feel disheartened when I get onto the sidewalks )as that's what most people do in Tokyo! ) -the handles starts wobbling left and right! How do I control that!

13. Great video. Hey a tip that I am going to put into use is lining the tire and tubes with talc or "baby powder" this helps avoid tube from being easily pinched, the recommended tire pressure should be applied for this to work, I'm told.

15. I'm fine with all your suggestions except wearing a helmet. Unless you're a mountainbiker a helmet has not been proven to provide any measurable amount of protection against serious head injury. I don't like helmets for lots of reasons that we could could argue about all day but bottom line is I won't wear one. I'm coming up on 60 years old and have been riding bicycles more than most people have my whole life so if you happen to see me out on the road don't ask me where my helmet is because you probably won't like my answer.
16. make sure you keep valve in place with washer thing tightened and make sure valve is loisened when pumping and tightened once pumped up - pump up before every ride
17. whats a good beginner road bike? i am just getting into cylcing and dont want to spend alot on a bike to sit in my garage, so I want a good reliable bike that is cheap to get started on before I go spend over a grand on a bike! any suggestions?

19. mountain bike psi should be around 30 psi max and road psi should be around 100 for a 700c rider. don't listen to the guy in the viddeo, he is wrong.
