Some of the forms could be improved. During split upshot, do not let your knees go beyond the toe. For bicycles, when one knee is pulled to the chest (or meet the contralateral elbow, the other leg should go straight). Do it nice and slow. A quote from Shaun T, "form over speed" Happy exercising!
