Előre is köszi a válaszokat :) -
Very good and beautiful place to demonstrate how noisy is this thing. This video is nice and the noise is not covered up like all those add-e posts to fool us. Thanks

I have Rendez-Vous here, online, with Mrs Stefanie Ronacher, Manager, secretary, accounting, technical support (all in one and perhaps more) of Add-e. I believe I am not late. We agreed she'll be explaining publicly why she charged me over 300 € (including charges), for a battery failure while it was still covered by the guarantee.
Dear Mrs Ronacher, please respond. -
Hi,
I have the 600w model sports, this is it i you?
How many km you have with one battery charge in FullPower 600w?
I use recently (due to the engine manufacturer back) and I only 11km with a full load FullPower 600w !
:/
ciao -
it would be my dream to cycle there its looks so beautiful

Just some final examples on the topic noise. This is a video from CrossSkateShop showing the add-e:

Here a crappy short video of my Mxus which I just did when riding to work:

The wind sound is quite noisy but I guess it is good enough to get the "noise" level I talk about. -
Thanks for the video..IMO this gives a good impression on the noise level of the add-e kit. Using less knobby tires might make it less noisy but the concept itself will never come even close to a standard brushless motor at low current. I am using a brushless 250 Watt motor from Mxus in two mountain bikes with current-based controllers and running on low current (2-6 amps max) the motor is inaudible. Peoples I usually pass by will rather hear the sound produced by the rolling tires than the motor itself. Only under heavy load (steep hill or very muddy track) geared hub motors also get louder but are still more silent than the add-e. But lets be fair: The add-e has to spin much faster than a hub motor to drive a bike up to 30 km/h and thus is more prone to heavy vibrations producing such a noise (beside the motor itself).

great video. You guys have any info for me about installing an ebike kit on a road race bike and/or a cyclocross bike???
-
Is this same as the go-e ?
coz they're a bit cheaper -
This is not the very best example for the motor noise. If you use tyres with only tread bars on the rim side (smoother in the middle of the tyre), the add-e motor will work no so loud - not realy silent, but no SO loud. We have testing-bikes in our shop in Germany with slick tyres for a reasonable "sound". The real "gimmick" is the unique low weight of a bike with an add-e motor.

seemed a cool concept but way too loud
-
is it actually helpful does it decrease your work when peddling
-
It is good, but 900 euro price...
-
Is it really THAT loud? In this vid it seems ear-piercing...
-
