There are many adventure activities to do in Chiang Mai: river rafting, buggy, kart, bungy jump, trekking in the forest, elephant riding, visiting the hill tribes and even zorb ball at the X-Centre. On this video we go on a quad-bike riding, or ATV (all terrain vehicle). The trip takes about 3 hours, being most of it off-road. The quad-bike/ATV tour is a great opportunity to see the nature and landscape, in the hills of the Northern Thailand, so different from our first few days in Bangkok. Português: Existem muitas atrações e esportes de aventura em Chiang Mai, no norte da Tailândia. Nesse vídeo vamos fazer um passeio numa quadricículo (quad-bike, ou ATV - all terrain vehicle, em inglês). A maior parte do passeio é off-road e é uma ótima oportunidade pra ver a natureza e as paisagens do norte da Tailândia, tão diferente dos nossos primeiros dias em Bangkok. It's just outside town, but we booked in one of the local agencies... or at our hotel reception, actually... and they came to pick us up

@lunawoodcock a 10 yr old can ride them so YES i bought one of them to ride in the streets if sacramento, i was amazed to find out how cheap they are u was surprised theyre not very popular

A couple of questions.. How much does it cost to ride the ATV's, and also do you need to be a certain age or hold a driving licence to do this :) I'm 18 and can't drive! (also you passed where my dad just built a house which is pretty cool!) I'm going in 7 weeks, very excited!
