My homebrew workaround to laws preventing me from wearing headphones while riding. I had just the speaker installed before, but I had to keep the battery in my pocket while riding. Kinda inconvenient. Today, though, I repaired one of the busted caps in the speaker, installed a permanent battery compartment on the bike, installed a handlebar powerswitch, and routed the wires all nicey nicey. It took some time, but it was totally worth it! It came out so well, I just had to share it. Song: "Good Ol' Days" by The Living Tombstone

I got a set of dell computer speakers from the early 2000s and zip tied them to the bike and got a 9.6v rc car battery and zip tied it to the handlebars and zip tied my ipod nano with a grip case around it to the stem and all together made a really awesome stereo for my bike.

I used an RC 9.6v battery and the speaker was powering fine and sounding fine. But about two hours later, the speaker would power on but no sound. This has happened to two of my sets of speakers now. Did you have any trouble with this and did you know anything about this happening at all??

Those speakers may look like crap, but they sound really good with the treble and bass all the way up. I know because I have the same set of altek lansing speakers made for a gateway 2000 computer. Could you please tell me how to mount that speaker and what battery you used, is it just a regular RC car battery? And how did you hook the speaker to the battery?

Like the concept but you have to be clean with it take the speakers out of that huge box and mount them ...run wires threw frame battery under seat

Whats the point in aiming the speaker outwards? I Personally have a bluetooth speaker. you can pick one up for like 30 bucks, and I stick it in my water bottle holder.

TRY and garner fame? You are slow. Honestly. I post Nonsense as well. What in the hell would have made you think I WAS trying? I upload a video like once every three months. Not even. And they have VERY little effort pushed into them. If I was TRYING I would be uploading maybe one "Lets Play" video maybe every week. I would get recording software etc. And work on my commentary a little.
