This is track racing using fixed gear bikes for sprinting in a velodrome. In these races you want to stay in last place until the last stretch you're able to draft your opponent and have the element of surprise. The race doesn't start right away you get a few laps before the race actually starts to change positions.

okay, at first i thought this was a joke, but after watching it, i can deffinetly see the appeal, its interesting to watch...lots of different strategies..very interesting!
