Man I thought a 56 tooth sprocket was big, how bout a 3 foot belt drive?
-
So the engine is pulling the belt and that turns the wheel or whatever you used, on the opposite side of the wheel with the chain system? Also is there a video explaining what you did to make it?
-
I wanna see a tutorial of how you make that mount!!!
-
you can climb a hill with approsimately 40 degrees of inclination?
-
How is the engine mount made?
-
Genius.......except for the whole no helmet thing!
-
and some big ass brakes too
-
now turn around the pulleys, the small one on the wheel and the big one on the engine :p you'll go twice as fast if not three times, you do need allmost twice the horsepower though with such a big pulley lol
-
any way I can get some pictures up close of it?
-
might do that as a rear wheel for my bike
-
I like the belt idea! I was going to use a chain system but now I'll probably use the belt. The parts for the belt system are more easier to come by where I live haha
-
Please please tell me how to do this... Dear Lord bless me with the knowledge.... This is what I need to make.
-
That clutch system is a NICE thing to have! I bet Golden Eagles bike engine kit would love to have a real clutch on it too instead of having pull the belt off all the time.
-
How exactly did you weld the driven pulley onto the bicycle rim?
-
Great job! Is it more efficient than if it were a 2 stroke? Ive always thought those Honda Spree scooters would be a lot better with a briggs.

What he did was remove the hub and all the spokes from the small wheel. How he has it attached to the larger one, I don't know. On the one that I have, I used two 26 inch wheels and bolted them together with strips of metal. Because of this, people keep asking what's wrong with the tire because they don't see it's two rims; one for the tire and one for the belt. I have videos of mine up if you want to see.

i know this was uploaded in 2009, but any chance of an explination of how the back wheel is attached, has the hub of the small wheel beeen removed?
-
i dislike :D

Tyler Farrar can go that fast without a motor!!
