Bicycles and Cars on the South Street Bridge

A 20 minute study of bicyclists interacting with right turning vehicles at the intersection with I-76. Two motorists made illegal left turns and perhaps a half dozen cyclists crossed on red. So far however people in general seem to be obeying the law.
