Why the fuck you have to film that?

Nah, they're good. No long boards unless she lost consciousness, and I'm guessing there was no pain or step offs when he felt her neck. Nothing to see here, move along people.

Handled extremely well I think.

There's no mishandling here. EMS doesn't fully immobilize patient's on long boards anymore. Boards don't protect the patient and often times do more harm than good including causing new injuries and increasing the risk of mortality in certain injury types.
This crew could have put a collar on the woman if they deemed it necessary, and for all we know they did after the camera turned off, but this patient was conscious, aware of what happened to her and did not appear to be in any pain. In most protocols she would have been cleared from needing a c-collar.
It is common and correct for EMS providers to help a patient to their feet or allow them to self extricate from a vehicle during an accident if they are able. The age of head to toe immobilization is gone and was debunked by numerous studies. Backboards have returned to what the were originally intended for which is a transportation tool from the ground to the stretcher if a patient is unable to move on their own.
