A good friend of mine and her boyfriend recently bought a pair of 2015 R1200GSs. She's built about like you. She had a pair of riding boots modified with slightly taller soles, and purchased a lower (custom fit) seat. She can now almost get a flat foot on the ground. The only issue she has had is on holding the bike up on uneven ground if it gets too far over, but I'm 6 ft tall with long legs, and I have the same problem with MY GS!

What a awesome video and I like the colour, can I ask I'm 5'7 height and 187,3lbs, will I fit ? It's your first time riding that monster ? I love the r1200gs so much but afraid cause it so big.

Hey Lauren thanks for getting back to me, I started withe a 650GS then 1200gs and then two R1200 adventures, good luck with your trip, sounds great, I should be at this years Stella Alpina with the new bike so if your ride takes you there in early July see you there

Nice video I wish you many happy miles on it, I should get mine at the end of this month, my 4th GS! Where did you get the 'compass rose' sticker you have on either side of the tank, it looks fantastic.
