There are around 1,750,000 homeless people in the USA today. According to the 2013 Annual Homeless Assessment Report, nearly 64,000 people, including 22,000 children, are homeless in New York City. Through an artist who paints New York vagrants, RT relays the life stories of people who live on the edge, learns how they came to the streets and how to survive there. i'm sick of all these people saying education will eliminate homelessness. no it won't. it will make more homeless and wages less. we need trade schools and career paths. we need jobs that pay uneducated people enough to live. that requires people to rethink their world. everyone can't be an accountant or an engineer or a business owner. everyone can sweep a floor and have an apartment, food, and a family- that's the way it used to be before immigration laws stopped being enforced. obvioulsy it wasn't perfect, but it was better than it is now.

11:47 this 'artist' really fkus me off. he goes around 'stealing the souls' of 'homeless people' to make his Jewish fat arse seem SOOO cool, and so radical street art to make HIM lots of money from his art world fat cat jew boy friends. But if one of his subjects, a dude who is ACTUALLY homeless wants the painting he has just had to pose for, the fker runs away with it after feeding the guy with cheap crap fast food?? I would like to smash it over his fat Jewish greedy head. Fck his 'art'. It is not art, it is typical greed for greedy fat greedy-grabbing rich shits!!

The artist was a fucking user. Taking advantage of the homeless the way he is. He's giving them false hope and no money.
-
We should just gather up all the homeless people and take them to a place where they can be killed and recycled into something useful...

I always wondered how the homeless people survive the floods

" The rich get richer and the poor get poorer " There's is good reason for that. Poor people spend their money on stuff and the middle class spend their money on liabilities, while the rich buy assets that grow their money. Thats how the rich get richer. Its a formula, not corruption.

"The few own the many because they possess the means of
livelihood of all ... The country is governed for the richest, for the
corporations, the bankers, the land speculators, and for the exploiters of
labor. The majority of mankind are working people. So long as their fair
demands—the ownership and control of their livelihoods—are set at naught, we
can have neither men's rights nor women's rights. The majority of mankind is
ground down by industrial oppression in order that the small remnant may live
in ease."
—Helen Keller, 1911 -
