Bike getting stolen at Howard and Hawthorne in San Francisco

My bike is locked to a parking meter out of frame to the left, you can see the girl loading the truck keep looking at it while it's being stolen. Here are the interesting parts of the video (time shown in upper-left of video): - 3 men enter frame at 20:17:42 - Man in black jacket reaches in his coat at 20:18:57 and hands angle grinder to man in hat and sunglasses at 20:19:13 - Spark flies at 20:19:59 as 3rd man...digs in a bag - Man in hat and sunglasses rides off on my bike at 20:20:16 - Last man exits frame at 20:20:38
