6. Being the law abiding citizen that I am, I obey the traffic lights when I'm in a bike lane, but requiring those using the bike lane to stop is silly, when the traffic they are stopping for will not enter or cross the lane they are in.

Bicycle riders grind my gears, they are disrespectful, and impolite, don't OBEY the traffic laws and behave as holier than thou. what is needed is a civil agency with the ability to license, ticket and punish bad riders. before a bike rider can get his bike they will have to demonstrate written as well as oral knowlage on the rules. wethin 7-10 days the get their mini license plate.
