This guy is stupid. Bike lanes are SOOO unsafe for cyclists.
-
So it's like driving a car but you are on a bike instead.

Let’s get it out there. I’ve just grown to be incredibly green with envy of my cousin. He has been alone always and forever. By a fluke, he’s got a model to love him in weeks. How can that be even possible? He informed me he tried the Cupid Love System (Google it!) I wish someone exquisite told me they loved me… I’ve never seen him so happy. Sort of makes me feel bad.

You start with "First of all wear a helmet", & that's the point I stopped listening. I only hear this from US advocates. Has the almost universal adherence to this advice led to safer cycling there? Nope. See cyclehelmets(dot)org for an overview of the available evidence.

I get freaked out when a car is driving under 25 mph and a bike in front of you, 10 feet away. Once the biker fall, it'll take the car behind 5 sec to stop

driver are SUPPOSED to change lanes to pass however this does NOT mean they will. i live in NYC and commute regularly so from experience the tips provider are very good for those unfamiliar with city commuting. you are allowed full lane use as a cyclist however but if you're not very comfortable with traffic yet concede and let the motorist pass you by better to let a car pass you than risk getting clipped by an impatient driver.

i just ride on the pedestrian path lol

I'm pissed. My friend sleeps on the floor above me and he just grew outstanding with girls. He found the Master Attraction site (Start looking in Google) by Jake Ayres. All he's doing now is fucking women. He's continuously pulling sexy girls back. I hear it. It's disgusting. I wish he had not discovered that site. My closest friend just signed up and got a blowjob a week later. I'm jealous!

Hi, I am a cyclist and I will tell you why he was angry. You should always change lanes to pass a cyclist. We have the same laws and regulations that cars do if it was 30 mph or slower he should have claimed the lane. The thing is, since we are considered vehicles you legally have to change lanes to pass. when you pass without changing the lanes, your putting him in a difficult position to avoid obsticles like opening doors and potholes. but thank you :) Have a nice day.

Are cars supposed to swerve out onto the other lane in order to make more room for cyclists? Or can we just stay in our lane, like we're supposed to? Today I drove by a biker who was on the side of the street and I barely moved over in my lane, the biker got pissed and gave me the finger. Did I get too close? Is there a law that says cars should move over? Thanks

Tip #1 should be: TAKE THE LANE! If you are riding in the centre of a lane, cars will change lanes to pass you. If you hug the right-hand curb, there's still not enough room for them to safely pass, but you're encouraging them to try. This does no one anyone any favours, plus you have no room left to avoid potholes, etc. Drivers understand and respect this behaviour. The advice in this video is mediocre at best.
