I've done this for a lost driver. Her card wasn't working and she didn't have cash on her. I filled her tank and gave her directions to her exit. I did it knowing i would never see this woman again...but it turned out she owned her own camping ground by a lake in Wisconsin and she gave me a certificate for a free weekend with firewood and all amenities included. Went sailing on the lake and had a great weekend. Kindness is good for you spiritually, and you never know who you're helping.
