03:26 the saddle was missing, probably taken by the owner to prevent theft. However when it rains, water start to collect inside the frame = rust = broken frame. Also I saw several bikes with a chain through the frame and front wheel. Way to go to prevent theft, otherwise the thieve steals your front wheel and other bike without the front wheel, which is secured to a post. You can also see the type Personal Bike with "U" frame and inside the frame a LARGE serial number, also to prevent theft.
