At 1:41 vehicle is in the shared lane to effect a ight turn...see the dashd lines? It means both biks and cars have to share the lane (bikes do not have exclusive use of this section of road) If the car is ahad of you in the shared lane of the road, it means he has the right of way.

I highly doubt this beeping is loud enough to be heard by motorists. I recommend an Airzound or something like a train or ship horn. If I use my Airzound, motorists usually break immediately.

rules the rules if they hit a cyclist or pulls out and hits you as a cyclist. they could be charged for failure to Yield and assault and battery because they assaulted you with their car. FedEx does not care all they care about is the packages.

This is a good demonstration of incredibly dangerous maneuvers where drivers fail to yield. These types of incidents piss me off the most, as they can easily result injury.
1:38 Cars shouldn't be side by side here, but entering the bike lane over the broken white line is the proper way to make a right turn. I'm not against cyclist filtering, but, legally, you are in the wrong in this instance. Good video, though. -
At 2:25 ...taxis are permitted to stop in bike lane to pick up and discharge passengers. Illegal to pass a stopped taxi on the right

WTF, Toronto must be hell for cycling...?
-
The driver at 1:40 isn't doing anything wrong. You should have stopped.
-
The drivers are in the wrong in many instances here, but you also bike pretty recklessly, especially when you coast in drivers blind spots.

this video raises my blood pressure

Nice video but the driver making the right at 1:00 didn't do anything wrong. They're allowed to merge into the bike lane for right turns when the line is broken.
