I understand what your saying but your not a police officer therefore I would highly suggest to you not to put strobe lights on your bike, because someone could report you for impersonating a peace officer or a Actual Law Enforcement Authority Official I know this because my friends have done it and they ignored my suggestion and they got in trouble for it, I'm not telling you what to do I'm just giving you a fair warning .

Did you know it's against the law to put red and blue strobes on bicycles? You can face jail time for it.
