This is my breakfast i have most mornings, it's an awesome one to have in the colder weather. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day so they say. Porridge is full of carbs and protein so it's great for us cyclists wanting to push out more power and tune up the watts. When ever i do a long ride on the bike i always make sure i've had a good serving of porridge before i hit the road.

I wish I could still stomach eating porridge. Without fail I had it every morning before a ride and I just cant take it anymore. So bored of oats I guess.Four slices of peanut butter and jam on toast for me now.Great video tho man

Breakfast of champions! I'm watching this eating exactly the same thing (minus the honey but plus chopped almonds). Cinnamon is great for controlling blood sugar levels. I often add grated ginger and a squeeze of lemon too.
