After creating and Uploading this video I was told the beginning of the story. "how it all started... I just came to a complete stop lane split and position my bike in front of him... and I guess he didn't like that and tried to hit me with his car, so I got mad and smacked his mirror (no damages) and I dip, and that's where the chase started" According to the bikers story, it still began with road rage... I am getting a lot of comments saying "YOU CAN'T JUST KILL HIM CAUSE (insert bullshit here)" and you're wrong. The driver of the car attempted to hit and kill the rider on SEVERAL occasions with his vehicle. This in America is known as Attempted Murder... In some cases it could be considered Assault with a Deadly Weapon, but the amount of aggression the driver showed makes this Attempt of Murder. In America, (I will keep saying 'In America' because many of you questioning this are not from America) you have the right to meet deadly force with deadly force. I.E. Defend yourself and your well being in any means necessary. This makes the rider fleeing through traffic at insane speeds legal. This would also make busting a cap in this dudes forehead completely completely justified as well! If you don't believe that the car could have been used to run over and kill the rider, you need to reevaluate your life. Firearms are allowed in America to protect yourself, and this is one of those situations where the kill would have been justified. "BUT DAN, YOU COULD JUST SHOOT THE TIRES OR THE ENGINE OR THE (insert bullshit here)" Here is why you are also wrong... In America (ding ding) you are only authorized to fire your firearm at someone if you felt your life was endangered, and that the ONLY way out of the situation was to take someone else's life. MEANING: If you shoot a warning shot, his tires, or his engine, you are not shooting him; the threat! MEANING: He was not endangering your life. In turn you will be prosecuted for a series of weapons charges and probably attempted murder as well... For you to be able to draw your firearm you must have a sense of losing your life. You may not use a firearm as a tool of leverage... You may not use a firearm as a threatening statement. You may use your firearm ONLY to save your life or lives surrounding. AGAIN, you may not use warning shots or use it as a threat... Only to end the life of someone who is threatening yours. This is how the law is written in the USA... because Murica... "DAN YOU SHOULDN'T TALK ABOUT KILLING SOMEONE BECAUSE (insert more bullshit here)" Again.... WRONG. As a firearm owner and carrier, my very last wish is to have to use that firearm... Its something I hope to NEVER happen. I've been put in situations where most men would probably have used their guns to shoot their way out. I'd like to think I have more sense than that because I don't have the aspirations of ending someones life. BUT! At the end of the day, I will go home alive... Even if that means someone else wont. Your life should be your number one priority (excluding kids and family or whatever) You only get one life, and I'll be damned if I let some jackoff make me an asphalt pancake without throwing a few through his door first. I refuse to let someone take my life when I could have prevented it. Even if that means I have to live with their blood on my hands. Your main goal in life is to fucking survive and I will not take shit like this sitting down. I will defend myself to the best of my abilities with whatever force I find necessary, and you can bet that goes triple for my family. My goal is not to make you fear me or pretend im some sort of expert, but is to wake you up. Do not sit idle by when someone is trying to run you off the road. Defend yourself! Do not go blindly into that light. I cannot believe some of the comments I am reading! "Its never okay to kill someone!" You couldn't be more wrong. The moment that person tries to take your life is the moment they lose the right to their own life.
