Where can you buy these frames??

it would be good to see heavier carbon hybrid frames availible with rack mounts 2.8kg frame weight with thicker carbon layers for riders who want a carbon frame with more weight to it for stability on bumpy roads.
-
i thought that the point of buying a chinese version is to save money but still look cool. paying 6,000 for a bike is not justifiable. different brands=different markups. the chinese copies are made in the same factories the "real" ones are made in anyways. putting the name on it? why should we care, let pinarello worry about that.

Most "American brand" bikes are made in China anyway.....only difference is they mark them up 10x....

难道这就是传说中的厦门碳?

If you weight like 120lbs and cant put over 600 watts on then it is okay.
I would break this thing. Same with wheels -
Cheap but low good quality.

hm fuck that if it takes a couple hundred trials to produce a frame, think about the thousands of frames with crazy expensive price each they're selling.. in the end its all about the brand name and shitty marketing strategy.. that's what keeping the ball rolling for the bike industries these days.

you're a douche bag promoting people ripping off legitimate creators of technology and design who spend a lot of money to bring a finished product to market. stop justifying the situation when you bought it in the first place you moron.

Hi, thanks for the video! I am from Singapore, just want to ask which website you bought these bikes from?
-
I would like to say that the molds of the frames are generic molds, that is also a reason why the Chinese carbon frames are so cheap. Big brands that produce bikes usually design there own frames, which requires time, money and effort

thank you so much for your insight. Very informative!!

Very intersting video. Thanks!

What the people can't get in the capitalistic western world, is that their SHINY carbon 20k USD bicycles are 90% Chinese identically the same but with a brand name you get a slightly better quality control. meanwhile chinese freelance sellers, do actually test and know how to produce quality carbon... The only issue is that they counterfeit the looks/names of original "western" big brand names.

Does anyone know where he purchased these from

This is why I bought a Lynskey Titanium Helix; see if Chinaman can copy that. No way! Titanium cannot be faked. It's too hard to work with, cut and lather, weld, etc. It's why carbon has become the most prostituted and copied material, because other than R&D, it's cheap to make in multiple molds for poser wanna be pros. All are disposable and change shape, marketing bullshit, aero, etc. fooling the weekend dbag who doesn't even race Cat 5 into thinking his Cervelo offers an advantage. Pinarello, and worse yet, Chinarello, looks like the cheap shit it is because as this guy illustrates, anyone can buy one and look like a pro. I race Cat 2 and will blow away any Chinarello or "real" Pinarello plastic bike out there. Bring on the F8. What a waste of money. A almost $6000 frame made in Taiwan.
