Proud owner of a KHS Fliteteam. Dura-ace group rocks.
-
May I ask what's the theme of this video??
-
How fast are they going?
-
The black guy has some serious legs! I admire people and companies that help and sponsor guys that work so hard on theor bike
-
I love my KHS flite 220, like the color scheme so much, upgraded everything else except the frame.
-
they do change gears when sprinting, usually just once maybe twice. the smaller gear start will give you the acceleration but shifting down will give you the speed throughout
-
1:00 OMG I never saw something like this before in my life. .. I believe that was only a myth :))
-
they don't change gears when sprinting... do they sprint with a big gear or a rather small gear? in slowmo it seems like a big gear but when the guy in the car told the athlete to go he had a pretty high cadence going on.

I just read How KHS stands for Knowledge-Health-Strength and that's the reason I knew I love this new road bike. Anybody looking for a road bike I highly recommend the flite series.
-
Love my KHS!!! Fantastic video, great choice of music too... the song ends... and at 5:07 BAM!! what a sprint. Thanks for this post.

With the sprint the guy does on 3 minutes, is he not losing speed by the way he is sprinting, with the bike not being held steady as it rocks side to side? Or is the actual fundamentals of good sprinting?

you enter races and win

There's a lot more to racing than just going fast. Make sure you're working on pack riding and handling skills. Start by talking to the people at your local bike store to find some groups to ride with. Enter some races and move yourself up categories. If you're any good, you'll get noticed and contacted by teams.

How do I get started racing for team like KHS? Im 27, train hard, but always solo. Its not often someone passes me up and if they do they look like pros. Any suggestions? I know KHS is a local bike brand here in southern Ca. and would like to find a group that rides as hard as I like to thanks
