Kid on bicycle with the rest of the family. They crash into everything. Early bicycle comedy. Funny cycling. Three cyclists cycle in hectic manner down a quiet country road. They are following Little Willie who is a small boy. Willie cycles under things but the adults crash into them. They crash into a horse drawn carriage. Cycle down outdoor stairs. Child cycles under market stall as women haggle. Man cycles into market stall and it collapses. One of them cycles into an open window.
