8. well thats a long story dingdangs. The short answer is that i still deal with the company and i can recommend others too. The long answer is that the key is to get the quality assurance process right. If you are thinking of placing a large order then msge me and i shall fill you in further on my thoughts on - making sure the bikes meet you/or any standard, iso9001, how to conduct a quality audit.....
9. effectively yes - the bikes being produced were ours - it was an order of 6700. There were good enough though some had strangely brittle spokes.
