In a Walmart parking lot in Eagle Point, Oregon, 28-year-old cowboy Robert Borba stopped a would-be bike thief armed with little more than a lasso. Steve Hartman went "On The Road" to meet the the man who roped in a perpetrator.

Great story, but I'm just waiting for the news story about a filed lawsuit against the cowboy. That's a main reason why people don't help others these days, you don't know who will try to sue or harm you when you are just trying to do the right thing.
