Cough cough when number 2 came up I just remembered a while back I was riding my bike and went to check the time on my phone.... Ended up running face first into the back of a parked truck

"look where you're going", so important. I took my eyes off a bike path I regularly ride and had a bad crash that caused a grade 5 ac joint separation possibly requiring surgery..... Don't be me!

Where do you guys ride? Those roads look heavenly in the forests.
And your videos are all great! -
riding safely on a road that is not closed off you should ride in single file so vehicles may pass safely

I absolutely love GCN. I first started watching their videos when i got my first MTB about a month ago. I was new to a geared bike. But now because of GCN i can shift my gears comfortably, burn a lot of calories and make my biking experience memorable. Even though India is not a particularly cyclist friendly country, i go for a bike ride everyday and follow GCN's tips.... it's like GCN changed my vacation time for the better... love you GCN!

Question how do you not descend on the drops? I would be scared to try it any other way.
-
Its all good but on the straight line training they were on the road lines, on cheap tires this is ok but on expensive tires it is bad, the road lines have chemicals in that can damage tires and literally disintegrate them.
