Welcome to another Cycle Scenery indoor exercise bike workout video! To learn more about Cycle Scenery, please visit http://CycleScenery.com. Cycle Scenery has been created to provide cyclists with cycling videos for their indoor exercise bikes. The videos feature high-definition cycling footage. As the terrain and/or speed changes, the riders know to pedal faster, pedal slower and/or increase resistance. I created these videos to use for my own indoor exercise bike workouts and decided to share with the world! The best part about this system is that it is bring-your-own-bike. Whether it's an inexpensive spin bike or a road or mountain bike attached to a trainer, all will work the same. The only requirements are a television or tablet in front of the exercise bike that is capable of streaming YouTube videos. For one who is new to stationary bike and getting healthy.. I enjoyed looking at the woods much more then the walls. I like the music, when I have to stop for a few minutes I work my arms to the beat so I may not be pedaling but I'm still exercising. Thank you

Thank you, it is good to use this video when doing indoor stationary bike, I put my iPhone 6 plus in front of my bike with a gadget to hold it, and I look at the scenery and it feel as if I am there on the road, it pushes me to move faster and also to stay focus on it, instead of looking at everything around my bedroom...thanks dude, this is awesome...
