6. What a strange route. He ended up on the Marnixtraat only after ~9 and a half min into the video, but he coud have started in the same street from the start. It actually runs all the way to Haarlemmerplein. That way he wouldn't have had to ride through Haarlemmerstraat which is an awful street to ride through, because it is so narrow with no separate bike lanes.
   
   Maybe it was for our entertainment though, much more happening in the Haarlemmerstraat than in the Marnixstraat.

9. 99.9% of amsterdammers ignore red traffic lights, me included. Cycling around amsterdam is a lot safer than most cities at least you have your own cycle lane. Just watch out for those tram lines.

11. What a beautiful city!  Though I don't think I would want to try riding OR driving there.  :)  That was a bit nerve racking...
12. Hmmm? Do traffic lights and other signals not count for bicyclists? Other than that - it was a nice sightseeing.... :)
