sure caffeine helps with focus but not a great idea before endurance things because your average heart rate will be higher than if you didnt have drinks with caffeine. also exceeding your max heart rate with caffeine in your blood on top of that, you could just go into cardiac arrest. thats why energy drink companys get sued. people are misusing them. thats why i dont like to see all these popular athletes that kids look up to drinking these drinks because all these kids want to be like them and do what they do although they dont know the harm it could potentially do . thats my rant. drink fucking water.
