i tried to do this on my taotao 2015 zummer 50cc and instead of going faster , it goes way slower. When i oppened it, i notieced that the needle can go up or down so i putted back together and its slow. WHY??????? PLEASEEEE HELLPPP
-
You must had 2 pins I can't put that little thing back in the pin
-
Enough cognitivity to make a scooter video but not enough to put before and after engine revs. Thats why you cant have a motorcycle.
-
So how fast was it originally and what was the gain ?
-
how do u make a 150cc go over 49 miles per hour
-
Most people just would use the lubrication from the gear oil and use no
grease at all. Also, is it ok to mix the two together(grease on the gear
bearings and then use gear oil after closing the gear box and wht type of
bearing grease would u recommend.
Guys like you, allow me to have the confidence to start and finish my
repair projects.
Do some videos on the differences between stock/aftermarket products and
the differences between Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese
and European bikes.
If you start to get rid of your stock parts on a Chinese bike for hp
parts could it really pay off in the long run and are the Chinese frames
worth the expense ! How do I adjust my air/fuel ratio and compression ? -
Great video, thumbs up. I have a 50cc with a 100cc kit wich it's most likely an 80cc. What variator and wich clutch plate do you recomed. Thanks so much

This is not a performance mod. this is simple fine tuning the fuel mixture. you only need to do this if it's set wrong in the first place.
-
Do you have to put the needle back in?
-
That is more of a fine-tuning trick not necessarily going to make you faster. With a CV carb you can trim some off the spring to get the slide to pull up faster. You need an extra set of springs to find out how much you need to take off
-
mine only had one peg for the washer can I just remove the washer conpletely?
-
the idle speed screw has literally nothing to do with your initial take off speed.
-
thanks, I`ll share with friends!
-
I am battwling to get past 8000 rpm @ 80 km p hr checked all carb settings and jets might it be air restrictions or fuel starvation it boggs out at that speed used to get 120 easy at 10000 rpm any ideas ?
-
Leave the needle at default setting unless you do some jetting on the main jet..
-
this didn't do anything. I found that the middle setting is the best bet. the 2 top settings flooded the top of the carb. and no way am I cutting any wire. and all the mechanics told me not to waste time and money on the 50 cc and just get the 100 cc big bore kit.
-
This is HIGHLY illegal
-
Why cant anyone make a video that you can watch rather than the camera bouncing around and you cant see anything.

@Nthefastlane you know this isnt actually about increasing speed but about adjustments right? if the scooter is allready well adjusted this wouldnt help a thing. what actually will help is instaling other parts and or actual tuning. and yes after that you need to adjust everything again. and after that it will actually go faster. but this is just a part of adjusting.
