12. This was painful to watch, the idea was passable but unfortunately you've not got the eye for it. A tip would be to match framing points, look at what parts of the car meet the border and where, if you get those bits right then the rest should more or less fall into place. Once those reference points are more or less in the right place then use things like vents as a reference point for the vertical angle - eg. if you can see the vent through your viewer but not on the source image then you're probably too high up (I realise of course that you are limited to some extent by the game).

15. To photograph the LaFerrari, go to Blueprint in Byron Bay and create an event with post-rain (you need wet roads in the photo) and no traffic. There are some parts with steep(ish) roads that have trees in the background.
    
    I don't know how you will go with fog covering the trees, though... I've only had the game for three days and never owned any other Forza game - actually never owned an XBOX until three days ago...
