i had problems with enduro ebike frame the axle nuts would not stay tight at all after even one ride on a 1500w motor. seemed like the gold colour motor axle nut material did not grip the metal surface on the dropouts well as if it was slipping

With the added weight and speed, the brakes are too small to be used in regular traffic.
-
This is 200 pounds of stupid in a 50 pound bike... Make sure you have your cemetery plot fully paid for before winding this thing out.
-
what's the point of this ? you're not even driving it ? it looks very intimidating though like it can kick ass but do not drop it in a puddle, with over 100 volts !! you will surely die of electrocution !! I'm not fucking kidding! that's some serious liability if your customers start to get killed with your high voltage shit .

So, I just noticed that this thing also uses square tapered cranks. 7000 watts, built like a motorcycle, and it's using budget-oriented components. Why even bother having such components, why even bother calling it a bicycle?
Also, you're using torque arms instead of fabricating your frames to take this motor? Torque arms only exist because the cheap aluminium mountain bike frames people were modding couldn't take the load of an axle. You guys are manufacturing a bike from the ground up yet you're still using DIY bodges from yesteryear in the exact same manner as the garage hacker. Even worse, your swing arm is steel which gives you no excuses to do it properly in the first place.
I'm no engineer, but I wouldn't like to call myself one if this is what engineers were producing.
You guys really need to go back and do your homework, I'm very unimpressed. -
This technology is still not where it should be. WAYYYY too heavy and cumbersome. Not a great distance per charge and far too expensive. Tesla would be laughing at us for not listening to him. I know you guys are trying your best however something is missing in order to make full advantage of the situation like maybe making the wheels into self charging bedini static testica chargers and making the motor a 6-9 phase with high density permanent magnets, shit like that or some high frequency pulsed dc

Not one fucking wheel turned

Thumbs down for being boring.

i found this frame had dissapointing problems that the motor axle nuts would not stay tight and keep coming lose after one ride. i think its caused by the black paint on the torque arm drop outs the axle nuts cannot grip and slips against the black paint surface. also the torque arms when pinch clamped when loosened the pinch bend remains in them and the axle does not have space to slide through the dropouts. in 135mm mode this is a problem and renders the motor axle unable to slide through in or out for wheel removal or insertion. forcing axle through with a rubber mallet is required and this risks breaking motor axle. 155mm mode is ok but still the issue of motor axle nuts wont stay tight which means motor axle could slip downwards and break through the torque arm pinch bolts from the motor forces
