New Year, New Me and tis video is helping me to get used to the bike, although I appreciate I literally need to step up the gears with other GCN spin videos. This is not easy, but I could easily get used to it.

Awesome workout! Really appreciated the tutorial too about how to set up the bike. Enjoyed all the directions for hand placements and the other guides on what to do next (esp since I'm a novice at Spin) . Looking forward to the other videos. Thank you...All the way from Cali ☀️

Big fan of GCN, but this should be taken off the training playlist for all the reasons others have mentioned. I'll stick to the workouts led by one of the GCN presenters, as they are engaging, specific, hard, and dare I say fun? Just wish there were more of them.

My first video!! my legs are trembling. i could'nt belive it when jessica said to keep standing after the fifth interval Dx but i didn't fail

This has got to be the most boring, non motivational workout video ever. Why is the instructor doing a voice over. Overtime the camera pans round to her she looks bored stupid. So do the rest of the class. Why didn't GCN do this the same as their other videos with the instructors actually filmed taking the class. i agree with other comments that the class are out of time and also the music beats are out of time with the rpm that you are asked to cycle at. The concept of the workout is good but it really needs to be re-recorded to make it more motivational.

Love the first half of the ride. The second half is ALL standing. Sorry but real cyclists would never stand this long. I sat and did seated flats in the second half which made it a good workout with screwing my knees.
