Fat Tire Homemade Custom minibike in the snow with gc160 honda
bicycles reviews | bicycles videos | bicycles online
First ride on my fat minibike. Brake wasnt adjusted yet so i couldnt open it up too much and it didnt have the seat yet but its a great bike. I built it entirely myself out of an old swing set and a honda gc160 engine. Heres my build log on the bike. http://www.oldminibikes.com/forum/project-logs/32841-mini-bike-scratch.html

You are a very good fabricator......hope to build one just like it some day. I think people would love to buy these if someone want to make a bunch of them.

I have a bike exactly like that is awesome

Good stuf

Good job man. Only thing I would have done different is install a CVT clutch. Struggling to take off in deep snow would be a thing of the past.

Love it!!

how much did it cost ya to build the whole thing

I'm looking into having a frame built similar to yours, what is the frame height of the top bar that the seat sets on to the bottom bar of the frame? And what is the top bar height with the tires on it? Thank you great job dude, I love it.

By far one of the coolest mini bike designs especially for an off road mini bike, wish I had one just like it!

Hello, great project!
I want to do something similar.
Why did you choose the gc160 honda engine over something else?
