I suggest not buying from Pure Fix, they're just some guys who took advantage of the fad and got some cheap chinese manafacturer, go with Fuji or something American Made, it'll last you longer.

I just don't understand. How could they be fast? Race me on my normal 29er up a huge incline and then down it. I'll be in first gear going up and eighth gear going down.. and I just can't imagine a fixie keeping up with my gear advantage. Can someone explain?
