hardtails are better

What is the name of the song at 00:44?
-
can you tell me what is the point to run same tire pressures on hard tail and full suspension? It is the advantage of full suspension to run bigger pressure
-
Whats the difference between these bikes and mine? I paid $700 and it works like beast no complaints, why spend as much as i could on a car on a bike?
-
Great controversial topic. When I was younger it was all serious and light and fast. Now that I am a bit older the comfort is nice and I enjoy the better traction when climbing and braking. It also depends where you ride. There is no clear answer, perhaps one of each?

who even rides 27.5 for XC?
-
Yes individual choice
-
great video.. thanks!

My hardtail is big and 11 or 12 kilo and I just got a full suspension bike that is smaller and still 11 or 12 kilo but feels marginally lighter and it seems less effort but I wonder if the 5mm smaller crank arms give me better cadence I seem happy on higher gears as well.

Doesn't a specialized 29er epic s-works world cup only weigh 9 kg that's almost the weight of a very expensive 29er hardtail
-
hahaha to jest gówno nie full taki damper to nie wiem czy jest różnica między tym shitem a hardtrailem ;)
-
I have recently moved to full suspension - got the Voodoo Canzo. It's a whole world on its own. I admit it perhaps requires more maintenance and upkeeping than the hardtail, but it worth it. I don't think I'll ever go back to front suspension only.

Holy hell. These are $6500 bikes. Why do I even watch these videos?
-
would a hardtail be good for stuff like this
-
Perhaps you were generating more power on the FS because you had more opportunity to do so? Rather then putting power into the terrain, perhaps the meter was picking up more
of your power in the drivetrain on the FS.
I've been surprised how fast/close the FS trail bike (Niner RIP) is vs Scott Spark in my own Strava time comparisons. Especially on rough/techical climbs, I notice I can pedal more efficiently/get the power to the ground on my heavier FS than the HT - but I am nearly a Clydesdale! -
lol bones and skin

hardtail may benefit from a lower pressure in the rear (traction etc). having the same pressure in ignores the differences.
-
Speed is overrated. What about a heavy steel hardtail. Arguably more fun, much less costly to buy and maintain. More than comfy enough for most with big tyres on.
-
Sometimes hard tail is suitable to use

Non of these two bikes are faster then a full suspension 26 inches. That's proven
