Ranch Cucamonga Planning Commission April 13, 2016 I am speaking tonight because we are witnessing the end of America. There are two events that I would like to discuss. Last week I attended the SCAG Regional Council. SCAG is the Southern California Association of Governments. It is an unelected regional government that claims to have jurisdiction over the 6 counties of LA, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, Orange, and Ventura. It's voting board consists of locally elected officials however they are not elected to sit on SCAG. At the meeting Santa Ana Councilwoman Michele Martinez bragged about how she is representing 18 million people. Unless you live in Sana Ana, Michele Martinez does not represent anybody in this room. But she says she represents everyone in this room... Are you ok with that? At this meeting they voted on their Regional Transportation Plan. This is the plan right here. The different members of the SCAG regional council go around telling everyone that their plan is going to cost half a trillion dollars. HALF A TRILLION DOLLARS. On page 128 of this document it states that 120 Billion dollars of the half trillion is going to come from Vehicle Mileage Tax. Vehicle Mileage Tax is a box that will be put in your car that will track and tax you for every mile that you drive. This is in this document. The vote for this plan went 49-3. There are 191 cities in the SCAG region and only 49 people voted for this plan. I found out that the cities are grouped into districts and so each person voting represents 3-4 cities. The regional council consists of some 80 members and on this day about 30 people didn't show up to vote so some that means about 90-100 cities had no say on this vote. I went to the meeting with one other person and there was NO media present. Total media blackout. I am the only one who taped this meeting and it's online. Hardly anybody even knows what SCAG is. Ladies and gentleman, this was a secret meeting . Now I did see Mr. Lewis there. Mr Lewis has cast his web over SCAG. He has an appointed position, not as a voting member but as an "advisor." The reason why he was there because he needed to make sure the plan passed because he is set-up to receive a piece of the half trillion dollar pie by receiving building contracts. I am not against Mr. Lewis as I know he has a good reputation in the area but what we don't want is for Mr. Lewis to transform the Inland Empire into a Hipster-Urban-Utopia because that's what all these presentations show. They show a hipster society where young hipsters ride their bikes to the coffee shop and then hang out in the park afterward. And it's all presented as this perfect utopia. We don't want utopia. We want Rancho Cucamonga. A sovereign city with it's own unique flavor and unique people. This regionalism that we are seeing is about creating total equality. And you can't deny it because it's all we here about all day on TV and social media. I want to read a quote from Alexander Solzhenitsyn. He once said "Human beings are born with different capacities, if they are free, they are not equal. And if they are equal, they are not free. This coming from a person who lived under Joseph Stalin. I hope you all think about that. The last thing I would like to address is the presidential election. It has truly been disgraceful and we all need to wake up. There are people who have always said that your vote doesn't count but the establishment parties, especially the Republicans are openly admitting that the voting doesn't even count. In Colorado, the GOP shut down voting to a million people and selected Ted Cruz as the nominee. Ted Cruz supporters are justifying it saying it's the rules. I don't know what America you are living in, but in my America there aren't suppose to be rules that cancels voting for a million people. In New Hampshire, Bernie Sanders received 60 percent of the vote beating Hillary by 20 points but Hillary still received more delegates. These types of things have been happening over and over again. I cannot think think of a single election that has happened where there hasn't been some sort of monkey business. Folks we were at the end, it's time to wake up. We have secret politburo style meetings going on and the voting process is getting cancelled. People need to get off the couch and get in the streets. Thank you.
