hakachou accelerates faster double t has a higher end look it up on gta4 wiki
But still the fastest chopper type bike is Revenant - both acceleration and top speed.
it is a very fast bike but it takes alot of skill to ride it in a race

in singleplayer there is cheats for both
the bati custom you can find just rolling aorund town. The double t custom you get at the end of one of the "man on the street" missions for those 2 dudes who ride crotch rockets. They don't tell you you got it, but if you look to your left after the mission is over, it's about 50 yards away. the regular hacacho you can get delivered to you once you've done enough races. not sure about the custom.
One of the missions you do for those 2 crotch rocket riders. Not one of the regular missions, i think it's one of the "man on the street" missions. At the end of that mission, you're left in a parking lot near a bridge. Parked up against that bridge about 50 yards from you on your left will be the double t custom. With a super cool "snake style" paint job.

@LWE112 those bikes often show up on races, you might need to use either the normal hakuchou or the normal double T in the race, and once u finish it, kill the bikers and steal them. the easier way is to finish 2 of elizabeta missions. after u finish the mission where u steal the slamvan (u will be in some garage in bohan), the hakuchou custom will be parked in front of the hexer. and after u beat the mission where ur being chased by cops, the Double T custom will be right next to u
the hakuchou custom is the fastest motorcycle in the GTA series, not only GTAIV. its even faster than the nrg500 from gtasa
