How about the Hakuchou? I remember seeing one randomly at the streets but it does not belong to anyone...although I was ejected out from the bike and I can't get back in.

Just wanna say that i don´t think you can find the western daemon in that location on PC cuz i tried many times but didnt find it there. but nowi know how to get it to PC, its kinda hard but you have to find a gang attack and there is often 1-2 daemons there at the boxes with weapons, then that one you CAN´T store in your garage and you can not get theift/protection so dont mod that one. you are gonna drive it around the high end apartments, i find it easier to find it there at night :) and if you find someone driving it there you can take it and costumize it :D and store it in your garage. thats how i got mine.
