Love Harley’s, loved’em forever, still do to this day, never had one though. Finally, last year, I was set on a CVO Street Glide. Went to the dealer, put my 6,6 ass on it and one of the biggest bikes out there was suddenly transformed into a moped! Dealer layed out a couple of things to do in order to fit, just like in the video (tallboy seat, extended pegs…). Doesn't seem right to have to transform a brand new…anything in order to fit you (which ultimately it won’t, not the way it’s supposed to anyway), especially if you’re paying for the transformation. I’m really sorry to say but until Harley decides to come out with a chassis (not mods) especially designed for tall people (just like they do for short ones), they’re not going to see any money from me…or my brother for that matter.-

Im 6'3", I like Harleys, ride a Harley daily totally blow my mind! BUT I dont like ride a bike with my hands in my shoulders high and I dont like my legs extended forward, who like is fine, enjoy it or go for it, personally I dont like it I think it looks ridiculous just like a big guy in a little bike.

Those are big bikes. Sit on Sportster or Dyna.

Steve,
How tall are you? Also I am tall at 6'4" and have recently been interested in Harley's. I have found only a few models that seem comfortable (in stock trim). First is the Dyna Wide Glide, the Breakout, and the Dyna Fat Bob model. I was interested in a Fatboy until I saw what I looked like on it. Problem with that bike is what you illustrated in your video as well the (in my opinion) stupid floor boards. I've seen the Fatboy and other models with pegs and I'm sure anything can be set up with forward controls. But what would all that cost? I'm sure a pretty penny! As big as Harley Davidson is why can't they make some models specifically for tall people???? I guess that's a direct question for Harley.
I guess it's onto checking out and riding the above models.
